Kuna is a part of the Boise City/Nampa, Idaho metropolitan area, with a population of approximately 16,000 people. The city is rapidly growing, bringing in new businesses and subdivisions, while still maintain its small-town feel and involved, caring community.
In the city center of Kuna is the Colonel Bernard Fisher Veteran’s Memorial Park, where many community events are held. Kuna is the home to The Snake River Birds of Prey Festival which is held every year in mid-May. The nearby Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area has a large colony of nesting raptors and offers educational tours.
