Cascade is located on the North Fork of the Payette River about 75 miles north of Boise in the beautiful mountains of Southwestern Idaho. Cascade has a population of approximately 1,000 people and sits at an elevation of 4780 ft. above sea level. The historic small town main street offers unique gift shops, lodging, restaurants, and a restored theatre all within easy walking distance. The population is just over 900.
Cascade is home to one of the largest lakes in Idaho, as well as over 250 lesser lakes and streams. Recreational activities include fishing, camping, miles of hiking trails, rafting, and natural hot springs.
